- JOAD members are invited to participate in local area shoots for a $5 entry fee. Please call ahead to reserve a lane. They all count as two qualifiers and are all 600 rounds. You are expected to finish the 600 round and dress up to code with tan, white, or navy blue slacks with your JOAD shirt. Clearly label each arrow shaft with a different number and your first, middle, and last initial BEFORE you get there. We thank you in advance for your sportsmanlike conduct and archers’ etiquette. We are very proud to get praise back about your words of encouragement, can-do mind-set, the discipline to finish the tournament regardless of the challenges that may arise, waiting to hang up your bow or leave the line until the archers on both sides of you are NOT at full draw, and of course accuracy and placement within your division is a bonus!
