I wanted to write to say thank you for all your help in getting me ready for what
turned out to be a really good 2009 bow hunting season! I had bought a bow from
another shop in the area, and just could not get it to shoot consistently. I thought
I had tuning problems, but two trips to the other shop got me nowhere as the
proprietor basically blew me off and was not very helpful. I was obviously pretty
frustrated with my new purchase! A friend of mine had just bought a bow from
your shop and relayed to me how helpful you were and suggested I bring mine to
you to see if you could help. I was skeptical and somewhat hesitant to bring a bow
that I had purchased from a competitor to you looking for help, but from the
moment we walked in the door you and your staff treated me like I had been a long
time customer and gave me your full attention. Within minutes you diagnosed a
problem with my bow that the other shop had missed, and helped fix it.
Unfortunately, after some more observation from you watching me shoot we came
to the conclusion that the bow simply did not fit properly and I would probably
never be able to shoot it consistently. At that point, I decided to start all over and
have you outfit me with a different setup that I would be happy with. Within
literally minutes I had a new bow setup and was shooting good consistent groups
like I had been shooting it for months! My frustration was gone and I was once
again eager for the hunting season to get here! I was lucky enough to close the deal
on two does and the biggest buck of my life to date all with the new bow and
couldn't be happier with it! I'm looking forward to many more great bow hunting
adventures with it and can't thank you and your staff enough for the help and
insight! I have since sent a few friends to your shop and would gladly refer
anybody else knowing they will get great customer service!
