It is with great pleasure that I am writing this testimonial about the people, service, equipment and

atmosphere at Central Maine Archery.  Very few times you get a chance to meet people like Tom and

Jess Hartford.  They are both super friendly, engergetic, hard-working, and passionate about archery.  I

first stopped into Central Maine Archery in 2006 when I returned from the Army.  I have stopped into

many pro shops and while they were all fine stores, they lacked that personal attention touch, the feeling

that the person behind the counter actually cares about doing right by you, the customer. It only took a

few moments with Tom to know I was in a GREAT place where archery truely was at the center. 

Tom gave me his full attention and never tried to push anything on me.  He let me try different bows out

on his lanes until I was comfortable with a certain bow. He answered my questions with honesty and

offered his expertise and knowledge to help me obtain more information on the bow I had selected.  Tom

didn't treat me like a customer, he treated me like a friend.  I can tell you that Tom and Jess work hard

to earn your business, but it comes naturally to them to treat you like a friend. Central Maine Archery

has top notch accessories for your bow or hunting needs as well as a warm, friendly, energetic

atmosphere. I will personally guarentee you will not have a bad experience at Central Maine and you will

come away with a good feeling that you were taken care of.  Central Maine also stands by their

equipment and craftsmanship.  Many times Tom has told me if I had any issues whatsoever, to come

back in and let him fix them.  I am proud to say I have never had any problems with the five bows I have

purchased from Central Maine Archery and will always buy my bows from Tom and Jess.  They have

earned my business, my trust, and my friendship!
